HISTORY

The firm has existed as an on-going business since 1920. Over the years, the name of the firm has had many changes with such reflecting the names of the owners. The most recent names included Flood and Poidevin, Fitzhardinge and Flood, Pearce, Gillett and Fitzhardinge.

In 2005, the generic name of Southern Cross Consulting Surveyors was chosen as the company’s name, thus ending the practice of using the names of the owners. The company is now a private incorporated company, with the owners being the company directors.
